Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be busy and will work with you to manage situations as they arise. We also provide a range of reminders to ensure that families stay on track with their ongoing therapy times (e.g. Email reminders). Families are encouraged to contact us at their earliest convenience to advise if they cannot attend a scheduled therapy session. If the appropriate notice is not provided, cancellation fees will apply. Unfortunately, when families do not attend scheduled appointments or give short notice of cancellations, vacancies are wasted when there are other families waiting for services on our wait list.

You can cancel your appointment via phone call, text message or email.


NDIS Participants
We align our service with the rule set-out by NDIS and require 48 hr notice for all NDIS participants.


All other participants - Early Notification Cancellation
We require 48 hr notice for all participants. Cancellations made made more than 48 hrs before you scheduled appointment will NOT be charged.


All other participants -Late Notification Cancellation (or failed to attend)
Cancellations provided with less than 48 notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled fee.


Repeat Cancellations
Families who cancel two therapy sessions in a row will have their therapy appointment automatically reallocated to another client and they will not continue to receive services from Nourish, Feed & Thrive until a non-refundable 50% deposit of the scheduled fee is paid in advance for the third session. Families will forfeit this fee if they fail to attend subsequent appointments or cancel.


Any costs associated with the recovery of debt for payment of services due to Nourish, Feed & Thrive, will be charged to the client.
